Task move + board functionality and a new due-date workflow.
Status, tags, and assignees now live as regular tasklist columns.
Medical policies surface as task attachments via tasklist config.
Condensed row heights, better skeletons, and an unread icon for messaging tasks.

Batched patient and appointment sync for less load on EHR APIs.
New error-diagnostics UI surfaces EHR sync issues directly in-app.
