We are excited to share the latest updates for this week, ending Friday, September 27, 2024. Our teams have been hard at work improving the Channels and Practice Inbox products to enhance your experience.

Channels Product Updates

Registration Product UI Improvements

  • Enhanced Mobile Navigation: We’ve optimized the mobile navigation to make it more intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring you can access all features seamlessly on the go.
  • Improved Family History Component UX: The user experience for the Family History component has been refined to provide clearer insights and easier data entry.

Reminder Product Enhancements

  • Confirmation Touchtones Update: We’ve improved the way patients interact with appointment reminders by creating touchtone confirmations. After patients make a selection, they can confirm or choose to select a different option.
  • Bug Fix: Reminder Responses Display: We’ve fixed an issue where not all reminder responses were displayed on the Channels schedule screen. Now, all responses are correctly shown, allowing for better tracking and management.

Practice Inbox Product Updates

Productivity Tracking Enhancements

  • New Burndown Tracker: Monitor your productivity with our new burndown tracker. Easily see if you’re closing out more documents than you’re receiving, helping you manage workload efficiently.

UI Improvements

  • Updated Screens: We’ve made visual and functional improvements to the Practice Inbox screens for a more streamlined experience.

Physician Signature Workflow

  • Simplified Document Sign-Off: Introducing a significant enhancement to your workflow. You can now forward documents directly to providers from the Practice Inbox. Providers will receive an email with a secure link, allowing them to review and sign off on documents effortlessly.

General Updates

  • Minor Bug Fixes: We’ve addressed various minor bugs in both the Registration and Practice Inbox products to improve overall stability and performance.
