This week, we introduced several updates and optimizations across our products, Channels and SingleClique, aimed at improving user experience, performance, and functionality. Below are the highlights, categorized by product and feature.

Channels Product Updates:

Aged Trial Balance Report:
The Aged Trial Balance Report can now be broken down by resource, providing more granular visibility and insights for financial tracking.

Text Message Module Fix:
To ensure compatibility and proper delivery, we’ve limited the size of text messages to 320 characters. This prevents issues with overlong messages being split or truncated.

Optimized Deployment Pipeline:
Our deployment pipeline has been optimized to only run tests when necessary. This streamlines our release process, allowing us to deliver code updates faster without compromising quality.

Appointment Reminder Enhancements:
We have significantly upgraded appointment reminders, enabling users to download ICS files for easier calendar integration and synchronize reminders with Google, Outlook, and Yahoo calendars.

Data Model Updates (User Teams & Chat Channels):
We’ve synchronized user teams with chat channels, simplifying administration and streamlining workflows within Calvient Channels.

Daily Email for File Import Errors:
A new daily email notification has been introduced, which lists any file import errors for appointment type uploads, making it easier for administrators to stay on top of potential issues.

Practice Inbox Filter Improvements:
We’ve improved the filtering capabilities in Practice Inbox, making it faster and easier to find and manage relevant information.

SingleClique Product Updates:

Event Scheduling & Attendee Booking:
SingleClique now supports the ability to schedule events and manage attendee bookings, making internal event coordination more seamless.

Event Notifications:
Users can now receive notifications when events are about to take place, ensuring no important meetings or activities are missed.

Surveys:
A new feature allows businesses to post and collect surveys, enhancing internal feedback and employee engagement.

Employee Directory:
We have added a team/employee directory, making it easier to connect with colleagues and locate key information within the platform.

Multi-Tenancy Support:
SingleClique now supports multi-tenancy, enabling multiple business units or departments to operate independently within the same platform, without cross-communication or data sharing issues.

We’ve also included a number of smaller fixes and improvements across both products, aimed at enhancing overall stability and performance. As always, we are committed to delivering high-quality updates that improve our users' experience and efficiency.
