We’re thrilled to announce several significant updates and enhancements to Calvient’s product suite, all designed to streamline user experience and expand our feature capabilities. Here’s a breakdown of what’s new:

SingleClique

• Calendar Updates: Users can now create and edit events directly within the calendar, enhancing collaboration and scheduling flexibility.
• Dark Mode Support: Enjoy a new Dark Mode option that offers a visually pleasing and comfortable interface for low-light environments.
• App Store Submission: SingleClique has officially been submitted to the Apple App Store and is currently under review. We expect it to be live soon, so stay tuned!

Calvient Channels

Practice Intelligence

Our team has been focused on developing Practice Intelligence, a new automation toolset within Channels. Although we are not releasing specific details just yet, we’re very excited about its capabilities. Practice Intelligence is set to launch mid-November, and we invite everyone to join our upcoming webinar to learn more about it.

Practice Inbox

New and enhanced capabilities within Practice Inbox include:

• Outbound Faxing: You can now send outbound faxes directly from Practice Inbox, with options to attach documents uploaded or sourced from the EHR. Users can also:some text
  • Reply to faxes as if they were emails.
  • Create and customize cover sheets.
  • Include attachments as needed.
• Annotation and Physician Signature Workflow: Forms received through Practice Inbox can now be annotated and forwarded to physicians for signature, creating a more seamless form-handling workflow.
• Improved Logging and Analytics: Enhancements include daily tracking of your Practice Inbox queue for better operational insight and task management.
• Multi-Document View & Merging: View all pending faxes for a single patient in one place and merge separate faxes into a single document for greater organization.
• Task Detail Search: Locate task details quickly by searching names or values, a time-saving enhancement in Practice Inbox.

Additional Channels Updates

• Appointment Reminder Customization: Configure call confirmation availability for appointment reminders on a per-provider basis.
• Small Balance Report: A new addition to the Report Builder, designed to track and manage small balances effectively.
• Custom Report Builder Performance: Expect faster load times and improved performance when generating custom reports.
