We exist to support the delivery of excellent healthcare.

Calvient is a team of seasoned healthcare pros in Oklahoma City with a practical mindset and decades of on-the-ground expertise. We are not the main cast: you are. Let Calvient support you who are already doing the hard work of healthcare.

Advancing Healthcare with Practical Innovation

Excellence comes from execution. And execution only happens on the ground. Which is why all of Calvient's work is driven by the idea that technology is only as good as the problems it solves.

You don't need AI to play doctor. You just want to get patients seen. This is why we call our solutions practical: our team works tirelessly to deeply understand real, acute healthcare problems—and solve them the right way with the right tools.

That's excellence healthcare needs: innovation at the margin.

We aim to empower community-focused healthcare

Private practices, local hospitals, and other community-based initiatives are vital to the healthcare ecosystem. We provide the tools and support these organizations need to thrive—so they can remain integral to their communities.

We aim to align incentives across healthcare

From patients to providers to payers, alignment is the key to sustainable success. We work to ensure that everyone involved in the healthcare journey benefits from practical, value-driven collaboration.

We aim to deliver practical value with integrity

Pricing is not a product. As a bootstrapped company, we understand the realities of running a business and prioritize solutions that genuinely improve healthcare operations—without sacrificing integrity for profit.

We aim to alleviate healthcare burdens, 5% at a time

Healthcare staff are overwhelmed with administrative, operational, and financial pressures. Our mission is to reduce these burdens incrementally, helping providers and their staff focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

We aim to earn trust & demonstrate measurable results.

We believe trust is earned through real value — proven in stories and numbers — and reinforced by our public commitments to security, compliance, and AI safety.

Our Founders

As three dedicated healthcare engineers, our collective mission is to transform patient care in the United States with practical AI and technology-driven processes.

With IT leadership experience in specialty hospital settings and roles at industry-leading companies like Tailwind, Shopify, and Paycom, we bring a unique blend of entrepreneurial expertise and healthcare acumen to every project we undertake.

Jonathan Minson

CEO
Jonathan leads Calvient with a clear commitment to building AI-native platforms that move healthcare beyond the limits of legacy EHRs. By addressing overlooked pain points in healthcare operations, he ensures Calvient stays ahead of the curve and trusted by healthcare operators.

With more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology, Jonathan has applied disruptive innovation to solve a variety of critical challenges facing real healthcare operators that impacted patient care. His leadership roles as Director of Application Development at Oklahoma Heart Hospital and Chief Technology Officer at Encardio Health gave him firsthand insight into real-life workflows and how technology can better serve staff and patients alike.

In 2020, he presented at the HIMSS Global Health Conference on patient engagement during the industry’s pivot to virtual care, establishing his reputation as a trusted voice in healthcare IT.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and a master’s degree from Amridge University in Montgomery, Alabama.

A resident of Oklahoma City, Jonathan is dedicated to his community. He is a proud husband and father of four, serves as a deacon at his church, coaches Little League flag football, and enjoys playing guitar and other instruments.

Devon Mobley

Chief Growth Officer
Devon leads Growth by helping healthcare organizations apply artificial intelligence in ways that are both practical and measurable (sometimes using the Calvient Platform!). He also leads Calvient’s Customer Trust program, reflecting his belief that healthcare technology should be built on more than features alone—it should be built on integrity, compliance, and a reputation as a long-term partner who does things the right way.

Devon’s path into technology wasn’t traditional. A philosophy graduate, he learned to code on-the-job with the help of his now-co-founders and quickly began designing custom workflows for a variety of hospital teams. That curiosity soon grew into a career spanning startups, big tech, and entrepreneurship. He has led Product and Technology teams, advised multiple healthcare technology companies (including in RTM and AI), and has played a leading role in his local startup ecosystem.

Today, Devon speaks and writes about the future of AI in healthcare, translating technical complexity into clear, actionable insights for practice operators and healthcare leaders navigating the “AI wave.”

Beyond his work, Devon is an avid reader and musician, enjoys playing bass, and spends as much time outdoors as possible with his wife and young son.

Josh Coleman

COO & Head of Engineering
Josh brings a wealth of technical expertise and a passion for innovation to the Calvient team. With a deep expertise in interoperability, large language models, and agentic architecture, Josh designs and builds scalable systems that turn complex healthcare workflows into intelligent, automated processes.

In addition to leading engineering, Josh oversees Calvient’s implementation and support teams, ensuring successful client adoption through EHR integrations and the foundational processes that drive client success. His work bridges technical excellence with operational reliability, giving practices the confidence to adopt AI safely and effectively.

His career journey spans key roles at Oklahoma Heart Hospital and a pioneering stint at Shopify, where he led projects that integrated AI chat into their Inbox product.

An Oklahoma City native and proud father of two, Josh also gives back to his community by coaching youth baseball. Always curious about what’s next in AI, he continues to explore how agentic systems and intelligent orchestration can transform the nature of work and productivity.
